Kris Blindert

Before Kris dedicated herself to being a Lindy Hop and Jazz teacher, she worked in astronomy; researching, teaching, and sharing with the public. She always loved teaching, and her years of experience with such different topics have honed her skills so that she can break down very complex things into easy-to-understand pieces. Kris balances her precise and methodical nature with her care for the culture of jazz dances, to avoid watering down the dance and to make sure that her students are getting what they really need to achieve their dance goals.
