Lindy Szau

Lindy Szau is an association based in Wrocław, Poland, dedicated to promoting swing culture. We bring together swing dance enthusiasts and lovers of bygone eras, keeping these dance traditions alive in the 21st century! As Wrocław’s first and largest swing dance community, we organise classes, workshops and social dances featuring Lindy Hop, Balboa, Charleston and Collegiate Shag. We also actively collaborate with swing dance communities around the world. Our association was officially established in 2017, but the history of swing in Wrocław goes back further. The first informal gatherings took place in 2013, and the growing enthusiasm for swing dancing inspired us to turn our group into a formal association. Ever since, we have continued to share our passion for swing with more and more people!
