Swing by the Riverside

Join us for a Sunday of Swing dancing, great music and riverside views at the historic Doggett’s Coat and Badge on Blackfriars Bridge.

It’s a wonderful setting for an evening of dancing, drinks and British pub favourites — with the Thames just outside! This month, the evening kicks off with a fast beginners Balboa class by Simon Selmon (no partner needed or experience necessary). You can expect plenty of great music suitable for Bal & Shag in the first hour, moving into classic Swing & Jazz for Lindy Hop in the second hour, and then slowing things down slightly with some Blues & Jazz. 5:00pm — Doors open 5:15pm — Swing dance class (no partner required). This month: Balboa. 6:00pm — 3 hours of Social dancing Whole evening: £15 cash on the door or pre-book for £12+bf From 6pm (social dance only): £10 cash on the door or pre-book £9+bf
