Every party starts with a 30-minute crash course: You'll learn a few simple dance basics – no experience needed, no pressure, together with others who are there for the first time. Afterwards you simply dance along. Promised. ==================== PRE-PARTY CLASS You've been dancing for a while? There's something for you too: Before the social dance we teach a pre-party class. This class is separate from the crash course, takes place in its own room and is aimed at dancers with some experience – ideal to refresh your repertoire, warm up and try out the new material right on the dance floor. ==================== SOCIAL DANCE, PIZZA & DOCUMENTARY Then we continue with social dancing to infectious swing music – the moment when new faces and old friends come together on the same dance floor. Book the pre-party class for this, which includes the party.\n\nAfterwards we order pizza together (group order, paid on site) and watch an episode of the monumental documentary series """"Jazz"""" by Ken Burns: a journey to New Orleans, to the clubs and streets where it all began – and back to the African American roots of our music and swing culture.
