How do I create an event on SwingCalendar?!
1. CREATE YOUR OWN USER ACCOUNT with the role 'organizer':
  • 1.1 Click on the avatar on top right

  • 1.2 Then click on register

  • 1.3 Fill in your email address, then click register

  • 1.4 You should get an email, which you have to confirm

  • 1.5 Log in again and then make sure you have set your role to 'Organizer'


2. CREATE A NEW EVENT:
  • 2.1 Go to menu top left, and click on +Create

  • 2.2 Fill in event details, upload photos etc., and finally click on 'submit event' on the bottom of your page

  • 2.3 You will get an email confirmation

  • 2.4 We will review your events and release asap for publishing

  • 2.5 You will get an email confirmation when we have published your events 😉


3. How do I CREATE MY NEXT EVENT, using a previous event as a template
  • 3.1 Go to menu top left, and click on +Create

  • 3.2 You can always use one of your previous events as a template: just choose it from the drop-down list in the first field under 'event details'

4. HOW TO CHANGE EVENT DETAILS
  • 1. Go to 'My Account' by clicking on the avatar top right

  • 2. Choose 'My Events'

  • 3. Choose the event you want to change and click on 'Manage Event'

  • 4. Make necessarily changes

  • 5. Click on 'Edit Event'
