Bota Gatherings

João Gil and Andreia Tavares are local teachers of Lindy Hop, Solo Jazz, and Blues at Bota Swing School in Porto, Portugal. They created these Gatherings to make Porto a meeting point in western Europe for dancers from all the communities around us. Each Gathering focuses on featuring great live bands in intimate concerts and complementary thematic dance classes, allowing everyone to connect with dance and one another in a deeper way. These are wonderful events to make friends, strengthen the community, and experience the amazing and inclusive spirit of Bota Swing familly. Let’s meet in the beautiful city of Porto! Let’s do great things together!
