Dominique Blouin

Dominique has been dancing swing for over 25 years. Her work centers on connection, body awareness, and a clear understanding of structure and safety. She judges, teaches, choreographs, performs, and organizes within the swing community. She has led events such as Montreal Balboa Revue, Followlogie, and the Canadian Balboa Championships, and now runs Bal Moment while contributing to the Canadian Swing Championships team. Always anchored in the roots of the dance, she also addresses questions of role and gender equity, creating spaces that are thoughtful, inclusive, and deeply human.
